My name's Emma and I've spent my entire 25+ year career working in digital technology for major businesses – but the work I find most rewarding has always been closer to home.

I focus on helping you set up, use and improve security and understand your technology – not traditional IT repair. If something needs a specialist repair, I will be happy to point you in the right direction of one of our trusted and reliable partners. Subject to agreement I can arrange to deliver and return these to you as well.
No problem, I always carry a modest supply of basics; printer paper, batteries, small tools and label printer and any of these that are required are supplied at cost price. For larger or more specific items, these can be ordered and delivered to you at our next visit. I have an amazon page you can use to buy products I trust and recommend.
Yes – I can offer bespoke packages for couples and families as well as Confidence Coaching sessions which are available for groups of up to 4 people, making them ideal for friends or family. Larger groups can be accommodated on request.
